I changed Melanie to a 4-hour feeding schedule. Even with her eating 3-4 ounces at each feeding, sometimes she just wasn't wanting to eat after 3 hours. So, we are on a 4 hour schedule and so far seems to be working just great. She has been drinking more now also, we are up to 5 ounces at each feeding. She wakes and eats and is awake for 2 hours and then she sleeps for 2 hours, and that cycle continues until we put her down at 8-8:30. Her longest stretch of sleep is still around 5-6 hours, and will wake about 1-2 times to eat during the night, although I should let her cry for a bit before going in to feed her.
And today, I was playing with her on my legs, and noticed something new in her mouth. She has her top right tooth that is just ready to pop, not swollen and not really bugging her. She just rolls that tongue around in her mouth constantly feeling it, so 3 teeth, and we think we can see the other front tooth coming also.
She is doing better at moving around on the ground also.
She has rolled from her belly to her back once.
