Giveaway!!

Hey, I am finished with the hat and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! So I am going to give it away, it will be sad to part with but I know I can make another. So, the size I mentioned earlier was a toddler size, but I actually made a young girl size. I tried it on myself also and it fit, so if you really want you could wear it also. Very versatile for any age. They really are only an inch different, and kids grow so if it does not fit now, it will fit later.
The size would fit about a 21" head around. I am pretty sure it would fit a toddler okay as well. There really are no rules, just enter once please and I will end the giveaway on July 3rd, so that gives everyone a week. Anyone can enter, as long as I have met you before.
After I find out who wins, if I do not know where you live, I will need an address so I can mail it or deliver it myself.

The Monkey wears Prada

I found a lady on Etsy that makes crocheted animals, and she sells the patterns. So, I bought this Monkey wears Prada pattern, and went to town on it. I can't remember how long it took me, a lot shorter than I thought and it turned out cute. I don't think I will ever make one again, because I hate stitching pieces together. But, there are so many cute ones that I just might, especially since there is a boy Monkey that goes along with this one that I made. Anyways, here are some pictures of my finished Monkey.

Lost Interest!

I have kind of lost interest in blogging, I just never have anything to post or I am too lazy to upload pictures. It is kind of sad, I have started up my summer work, goes until the end of July with Fridays off, and I am done by 2:00p.m. every day. I wish I didn't have to work, but I get bored at home, so what do you do. Anyways, life is good, we are healthy, and I couldn't ask for anything more than that. We are going to celebrate our 4th Anniversary on Sunday, and I still have no plans. What I really want to do is go down to Salt Lake and eat at the Spaghetti Factory, oh yummy yummy, I could order anything on the menu. Mmmmmmmmmm! We might just have to drive down for dinner and then come home.
I should be having a give a way on here in the next little while, so keep checking. I am working on a toddler size girl hat that is pink and brown, I can't actually sell it for profit because of the copyright, so I will be giving it away.
I need to get my blogging spirits back up so I can remember what goes on in my life!

Two Thumbs Up!

Rob and I have been watching movies for a couple nights this week and we watched "Forever Strong" that just came out on DVD and it was so good. I cryed several times during the movie. It is one of those feel good movies. I really enjoyed this movie. So, if you ever get a chance, buy it and watch it. Very good!

Robs Birthday!

We celebrated over the weekend with family for Robs birthday, I will post pictures from that later though. To celebrate Robs birthday yesterday, we went to Best Buy to see if we could find a movie, no luck, plus everything is so expensive. We will just find cheaper ones online. We ordered take out from El Sol and we brought that home and ate. Then we picked up a movie from my parents house that my mom suggested was a good movie. We came home and watched "City of Ember" and I really liked it. It was just nice to spend some time with my honey, we don't usually watch movies very often. Just a nice relaxing evening. Happy Birthday, Honey!!

One year older, he turned 31.

And I finally chose a new look for my blog, it is a nice change!

I won a prize, yeah! So exciting, and I never win anything. I entered on Give Away Today (on my sidebar), they give something away every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. You can enter three times usually. There have been some cool stuff on there. Well, today I was scrolling through the winners, and I saw my name, wow.

I won a Sample Skinny from Knuckleheaders, so my blog will be getting a new look. I like the look I have, but I think I need to update since I have not in a LONG while. They have some fun samples as well. So, get ready for a new look. It will be exciting!!

Sidenote: We are doing great, just finishing up work for me, until my summer run starts. I get a two week break, YEAH! I don't know what I am going to do yet during that time, just wish Rob had time off so we could have fun. Rob is working and doing great. I am getting ready for Robs birthday next week. He is getting old. I will post about that later. Great times, we are loving life!
