Well, we made it to all of our Christmas parties that were three straight days in a row, and the next day Julie had a runny nose, but other than that was okay other than not sleeping the greatest. Got up with her three times during the night but she went back to sleep pretty good each time. Then today, she was running a slight fever and had a sore nose from being wiped every 30 seconds, and was just not herself. Slept for about an hour for her nap(usually will sleep 3 hours), and then slept on me in the chair for another half hour. But, she had that mouth open, tired eyes, feel like crap kind of look all day. She would say "nose", or "kleenex" when her nose needed wiped although she hated me wiping it. Poor kid, hate seeing her like this, it was a long day. She watched Pooh Bear's Christmas a few times today, and basically lounged on the couch. Then she laid on the floor right before Rob was to get home and fell asleep for about an hour. She was so tired! The room is cleaned up now, but it sure looked a mess, can you find her?
And then she hardly ate anything as well, I fed her a muffin for dinner with some milk and that is all she ate for dinner. Then she started pushing on her ear and whining and crying. Darn, probably her first ear infection, so we called the doctor on call, gave her some Ibuprofin and are going to go in to see the doctor in the morning. About a half hour after taking the medicine, she perked right up and was back to somewhat of her normal self, and her nose was not constantly running, so she went to bed just fine. Which means I should go get ready and go to bed, just in case she wakes up a few times tonight as well. Probably got it from one of our parties we went to, but glad we were able to make it to all of them sick free. Now to get over this before Christmas, Rob and I think we have it a little too, but not like Julie. I have a sore throat and a little runny nose, and hope it doesn't get any worse than that. Well, hope everyone out there stays well! Not good timing though, when you have three days til Christmas and can't really leave the house. Oh well!

I'm sorry you guys are sick, and poor Julie! They're just so pitiful when they don't feel well. The good thing (if there is one) about ear infections, if she has one, is that I'm sure she'll be feeling lots better by Christmas. Hope you all feel better soon!
